In MY 2022/23, in addition to the low sunflower harvest, power outages, and problems with product sales, the end of the season was accompanied by worsening logistics problems. Large carry-over stocks of sunflower and finished products, which were initially viewed as a burden, compensated for the decline in the harvest and allowed the industry to operate and increase exports of our strategic product - sunflower oil.
