The decree on this has been signed, according to the cabinet's website. The decision will make it possible to track the formation of prices for fish products throughout the entire supply chain and will contribute to maintaining a stable situation in the domestic market. This concerns the main commercial fish species (pollock, cod, whitefish, herring, mackerel) and salmon (chum, pink, and sockeye). Market participants will have to provide the exchange with information on off-exchange transactions for such fish products provided the volume of the transaction is at least 10 tons.
