In Ukraine, state support was introduced for fish farmers in areas freed from roaches

At a meeting on December 10, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for using funds for financial support of producers engaged in breeding, maintenance, and cultivation of freshwater fish in liberated and war-affected territories. This was reported by the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk. It is about the money provided in the state budget under the program "Financial support of agricultural producers". Recipients of the mentioned aid can be both legal entities of any organizational and legal form and form of ownership, as well as natural persons-entrepreneurs. Aquaculture should be their main economic activity. They have to conduct it in territories where, according to the official list, active hostilities are ongoing (in particular, those where state electronic information resources work); where hostilities are possible; as well as those that were under Russian occupation.
