With the aim of strengthening the capabilities of cocoa producers in the Valley of the Rivers Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro (Vraem), the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) developed a Field Day that brought together more than 120 farmers from the localities of San José de Pauriali, Los Olivos, Pueblo Libre Pauriali, Los Ángeles de Pauriali, Correntada, and Alto Pauriali (Mazamari); as well as from Fe y Alegría, Los Ángeles, and Zonaquichari (Río Tambo), in the Junín region. During the event, participants reinforced their knowledge in five learning stations: composting, management of biofertilizers, agroforestry systems, triple washing, associativity, and fertilization. At each station, Devida specialists provided technical guidance, shared successful experiences, and promoted the application of sustainable practices that improve productivity and care for the environment.
