A survey conducted from March 11-16, 2022, among 1002 Poles aged 15 and above, found that tomatoes were the most popular vegetable, with 89% of respondents consuming them in the week leading up to the survey. Onions came in second place, followed by cucumbers. The consumption of broccoli, red beet, pepper, champignons, and cauliflower increased compared to February, while the consumption of carrots, cabbage, onions, and celery decreased. Over the past two years, there has been a noted increase in the consumption of paprika, red beet, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, and cabbage, while carrot consumption has decreased. Mushroom, broccoli, and celery consumption also showed a positive trend.
