Kazakhstan’s wheat exports hit a record in October

The Grain Union has raised its forecast for Kazakhstan’s soft and hard wheat exports this season to 7.4 million tons. In October 2025, Kazakhstan exported 854,500 tons of soft and hard wheat (excluding the EAEU), a record high for October shipments. Export volumes were 33% higher than in September and 24% higher than in October 2024, according to Yevgeny Karabanov, head of the analytical committee at the Grain Union of Kazakhstan.
