The land market in Ukraine in the first 10 months of 2025 has entered a new phase of maturity, which is radically different from the dynamics of the previous year. This opinion was expressed by Ihor Lisetskiy, the coordinator of the land committee of the association "Ukrainian Club of Agrarian Business," writes APK-Inform.
"If 2024 was a period of stable recovery and planned growth, then 2025 is characterized by a price correction after a rapid peak, higher volatility at the beginning of the year, and subsequent stabilization at a high price value," noted the expert.
He also recalled that throughout 2024, there was a clear upward trend: the average cost of 1 hectare steadily increased from about 43 thousand UAH in January to over 50 thousand UAH by the end of the year.
