On the morning of October 10, in Yen Bai Ward, Lao Cai Province, the National Agricultural Extension Center launched a set of documents titled "Technical Measures for Adapting to and Mitigating Damage from Natural Disasters in Agricultural Production." The document set aims to provide practical technical solutions, supporting farmers in proactively responding to natural disasters and minimizing damage in agricultural production activities, and equipping the agricultural extension system, cooperatives, and local people with technical knowledge.
