The National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) officially launched "Bitácora, #EnModoDevida", an urban experience of conscious consumption that seeks to bring alternative development products closer to the citizens of Metropolitan Lima. This initiative invites people to visit 30 allied coffee shops and consume coffee, cocoa, and natural nectars produced by families who chose to move away from illicit activities. The launch event took place at the Coffee Busters Roastery & Pastry café, located in San Isidro, Lima, with the participation of the executive president of Devida, Carlos Figueroa; representatives of allied coffee shops; and producers of alternative development.
