Turkey's Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, İbrahim Yumaklı, announced that the linden honey from Yenice, which stands out with its unique aroma, yellow-amber color, and linden scent, is the 43rd Turkish product to receive a geographical registration from the EU.
Minister Yumaklı made an assessment regarding the geographical registration of linden honey from Yenice by the EU.
Yumaklı stated that the "linden honey from Yenice," produced from linden and flower nectars specific to the Yenice region in Karabük, has been registered with a geographical indication by the European Union, adding: "This special honey, which stands out with its unique aroma, yellow-amber color, and linden scent, is the 43rd Turkish product to receive registration in the EU."
