The article highlights the dynamic of Ukraine's cattle trade based on data from the State Customs Service for the first 10 months of 2024. It reveals stable export revenues from live cattle, with the primary markets being Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan, despite a slight decrease in overall exports. On the other hand, there has been a notable 19.2% drop in imports of live cattle, with the Czech Republic, Denmark, and Lithuania being the main suppliers. Ukrainian farmers have seen a reduction in their spending on live cattle imports by 6.2%, indicating a shift in farming practices or market preferences.
