The State Fund "Agriculture" (SFA) has started the disbursement of subsidies for direct payment interventions for Campaign 2025. The first financial support went to livestock farmers who applied for the intervention "Transitional National Aid for Cattle and/or Buffaloes, Not Tied to Production" (TNADC1). A total of 25,432,611 leva / 13,003,487 euros were received by 5,412 farmers. The SFA transfers the national funds in full. The rates for TNADC1 are determined by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture and Food and are as follows: 64.33 leva / 32.89 euros for one eligible cattle and 112.57 leva / 57.56 euros for one buffalo. Eligible for support under the intervention are agricultural holders who, as of December 31, 2018, were raising 10 or more cattle and/or 10 or more buffaloes. A mandatory condition for receiving support under this intervention is that farmers must raise at least 50% of the reference number of animals in their farms by the last day for submitting applications ...
