Ukraine's blueberry exports have significantly increased, positioning blueberries as the second most lucrative fruit export after walnuts and frozen berries/fruits. According to EastFruit analysts, the export revenue from blueberries and frozen raspberries is experiencing an annual growth rate of 22-28%. Despite a global downturn in blueberry trade, Ukraine's exports continue to rise, with a notable shift in export destinations from Poland to countries like the Netherlands, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, and notably, Georgia. This growth and market diversification are happening alongside increased investment in new blueberry plantations in Ukraine.
