Vietnamese grapefruit and oranges are the main fruit crops and can be harvested year-round due to different growing areas. However, the export turnover of oranges and grapefruits is still low, and the domestic market also struggles with importing large amounts of these fruits from other countries. Prices for oranges and grapefruits are currently low, resulting in significant losses for farmers. Despite some success in linking production with large supermarket systems, the prices of oranges and grapefruits continue to fluctuate.
