The Government of Moldova has decided not to extend the licensing program for the import of grain from Ukraine, and from January 1, 2026, the country will return to the usual import regime. Moldova's Minister of Agriculture, Ludmila Catlabuga, announced this. "The current legal framework no longer allows for the continuation of this measure. According to the legislation, the licensing regime for grain imports no longer needs to be extended.
