From January to September, the total reached 35.86 million tons, a rise of 9.3% compared to the same period of 2024, which had recorded 32.80 million tons. The distribution remained concentrated in the states with the greatest agricultural weight. Mato Grosso led consumption by reaching 22.5% of the national total, equivalent to 8.08 million tons. Paraná registered 4.51 million tons, followed by São Paulo, with 3.74 million, and Rio Grande do Sul, with 3.54 million. Goiás reached 3.53 million tons, while Minas Gerais accounted for 3.22 million and Bahia registered 2.43 million tons.
