Scientists from the North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) and the Republic of Uzbekistan are collaborating on livestock product processing projects under Russia's 'Priority 2030' Academic Leadership Program. NCFU has developed a project using powdered sheep and goat milk for sports nutrition, with plans to implement these scientific developments in production within two months. Additionally, NCFU and Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine are discussing strategic partnerships and the exchange of scientific practices. Future plans include creating an international resource map for small ruminants and expanding joint scientific projects in meat and milk processing.
