However, in our country, the dependency on imports is high, leading to an unstable structure where even minor international issues can cause disruptions in the supply chain of essential agricultural materials. Regardless of the efforts of farmers, the continuous deterioration of agricultural income is hidden behind this risk in the supply chain. As this is a structural issue in our agriculture, temporary support measures are merely stopgaps, and there is a growing recognition that the government must take responsibility and address agricultural policies. Last November, the government introduced measures for essential agricultural materials to respond to supply chain risks.
