Next year, Ukrainian farmers will sow more sunflowers and soybeans – Solskyi

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy expects a decrease in the area of corn sowing next year. Instead, Ukrainian farmers will give more preference to sunflower and soybeans. “This is caused by the high cost of nitrogen fertilizers, the late harvest of the current crop, and therefore the impossibility of quality preparation of agricultural land for the next season.
