In the Tecer Mountain slope at an altitude of 1,450 meters in Sivas's Ulaş district, the egg milking period has started at the trout facility. Trout raised in 36 ponds across 5 separate units are being selected for milking. Eggs carefully obtained from suitable fish for milking undergo meticulous processes. After being milked, the eggs are washed and cleaned in salt water. Sperm from male trout, checked via microscope, is combined with the eggs. Fertilized eggs are incubated to develop into fry. Each stage of the milking process, requiring precision, is carried out by skilled individuals. The fry obtained in Sivas's Ulaş district will reach a certain maturity in the reservoir lakes of Kayseri and Sivas. After that, they will be transformed into salmon in cages ...
