The International Olive Oil Committee (IOC) will visit Brazil from October 30 to 31 to present a campaign to promote the consumption of extra virgin olive oil to Ibraoliva and its partners. The four-year campaign, with a budget of 520 thousand Euros, is aimed at the second largest global consumer of extra virgin olive oil. Brazil's national producers are encouraged to join the IOC, an organization representing olive oil-producing countries, to represent their high-quality products on a global stage. The visit is also seen as a potential step towards Brazil's inclusion in the IOC.
