Opening of the market in Chile for export of Hass avocado from Brazil

The Brazilian government welcomed the announcement by the Chilean government of authorization for Brazil to export the Hass variety of avocados to that country. The authorization opens up new opportunities for Brazilian fruit growing, while also expanding the supply of fruit to Chilean consumers.
