Brazilian orange juice exports saw a significant decrease in the second half of 2020, with a 23.5% drop compared to the same period in the previous harvest. The total export volume was 497,490 tons, and the revenue reached $680.029 million, marking a 35.9% decrease from the previous year. The main reasons for this decline were high juice production and the need to rebuild inventories. Europe continued to be the primary market for Brazilian orange juice, followed by the United States, Japan, China, and Australia. Exports to all these countries experienced a decrease in both volume and value compared to the previous harvest.
