Overview of average consumer prices for food products in Ingushetia

In the region, over the past week, the prices of beets, potatoes, sour cream, and apples have decreased. According to North Caucasus Statistics, from November 25 to December 1 in the Republic of Ingushetia, the prices of certain types of fruit and vegetable products decreased: beets by 2.4% (to 42.54 RUB/kg), potatoes by 0.5% (to 46.25 RUB/kg), onions by 0.3% (to 37.92 RUB/kg), and apples by 0.3% (to 121.76 RUB/kg). Fresh tomatoes could be purchased on average at 230.11 RUB/kg, fresh cucumbers at 154.44 RUB/kg, carrots at 40.90 RUB/kg, and white cabbage at 34.83 RUB/kg. In the dairy category, sour cream decreased by 0.5% (to 464.90 RUB/kg), butter by 0.3% (to 1,279.67 RUB/kg), whole sterilized milk with 2.5-3.2% fat by 0.3% (to 147.90 RUB/L). The cost of hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses was 770.30 RUB/kg, cottage cheese was 448.26 RUB/kg, and whole pasteurized milk with 2.5-3.2% fat was 125.79 RUB/L.
