The proportions of beef, pork offal, pork, poultry products, and lamb in total meat imports were 42.7%, 18%, 16.7%, 12.3%, and 6.1%, respectively. In the first eight months, China imported meat from 37 countries, with the top ten countries in terms of import volume being Brazil, Spain, Australia, the United States, Argentina, New Zealand, Russia, Uruguay, the Netherlands, and Canada.
