According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium agricultural producers, as of October 1, in the Kursk region, the average price for live cattle was 184,782.13 RUB/t; for boiled pork — 208,490.00 RUB/t, for slaughter pigs — 139,731.00 RUB/t; for broiler meat — 167,490.00 RUB/t. The average selling price of raw milk from high-grade and first-grade cattle was 47,144.86 and 40,741.67 RUB/t, respectively. Among fruit and vegetable products, apples were sold on average at 66,000.00 RUB/t, cucumbers — at 133,300.00 RUB/t. The cost of pasteurized drinking milk with 3.2% fat content at processing enterprises was 73,350.00 RUB/t, butter with 72.5% fat content — 724,250.97 RUB/t, cheeses — 550,000.00 RUB/t.
