Pablo Zerbino: "The challenge is to maintain quality and health in a business that is at its best moment"

Dr. Pablo Zerbino Vanrell, a veterinary doctor, Hereford and Angus breeder, and former president of the Rural Association of Uruguay, shared his views on the current state of the livestock sector, advances in animal nutrition, and the health challenges facing the country in "Hablemos de Agro" on Channel 10. Zerbino recalled that the work on nutrition began at Cibeles in 1999, when protein block technology from South Africa was introduced in Uruguay. "At that time, we did several trials and learned a lot about how to use these supplements correctly, according to the category and the season," he explained.
