The Ecological Agricultural Cooperative of Women Coffee Growers of Villa Rica (Cemcavir), from the Pasco region, completed a new export of coffee to Europe, as a result of a commercial process articulated with the French company Café Malongo. The shipment comprises a container of 19 tons of green coffee, certified as Fair Trade, with an estimated value of S/410,808.75. The shipment was achieved within the framework of the joint work between the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) and the United Nations Office against Drugs and Crime (UNODC), which strengthen the productive and commercial capacities of alternative development families. The selected samples correspond to the 2025 campaign. Cemcavir brings together 71 members, producers who strengthen their income and consolidate a safe alternative to the illegal economies that affect their territory.
