Between January and September of this year, Peruvian exports of crude palm oil saw a significant decrease, with a contraction of -37.31% in revenue and a reduction of -35.74% in volume compared to the same period in 2023. The average price per kilo also dropped by -3.16% during this time. Mexico was the primary importer of Peru's crude palm oil, accounting for 61.28% of the total purchases, followed by Colombia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Brazil. Sol de Palma was the leading exporting company, contributing 79.50% of the total sales.
