Peru's fruit export sector experienced a 2.8% increase in revenue from January to May, reaching $1,933 million. The United States and the Netherlands were the leading markets, accounting for 34.7% and 23.25% of the demand, respectively. Avocado and blueberry exports saw significant growth, with avocado sales valued at $517 million, a 20% increase, and blueberry sales increasing by 109% to $353 million. Despite a drop in value, fresh grape exports also increased in both volume and value by 11% to 69 thousand tons, generating $53 million.
