By the end of 2025, Peruvian table grape exports are expected to reach 760,000 tons with an estimated value of $1.9 billion, consolidating Peru as the leading global producer and exporter of this fruit, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri). Furthermore, the estimated average price would be $3.27/kg by December. The estimate is based on the behavior observed in the initial shipments of the 2024/2025 campaign. For example, in terms of volume, in the period from 2015 to 2025, the national production of fresh grapes in Peru maintained a general trend of growth, increasing from 597.9 thousand tons in 2015 to a preliminary estimate of 1.09 million tons in 2025, representing a cumulative increase of 82.5%.
