The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries has enacted the repeal of eight resolutions that regulated plant health control and that had ceased to be applied due to being outdated measures or having been replaced by other measures. The repeals were detailed in the annex of resolution 209/2025, published today in the Official Bulletin, one day after officials from the Ministry of Deregulation and State Transformation advanced in Congress the intention to push for a second version of the Bases Law and to insist on the elimination of a series of norms encompassed in what the head of the ministry, Federico Sturzenegger, called the "Leaf Litter Law."
