REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Member of the state-owned food holding company (ID Food), PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (PPI) exported 79.2 tons of robusta green bean coffee from Lampung to Egypt. PPI President Director Hernowo said the export was a form of the company's commitment to improving foreign trade performance. "In exporting this coffee, PPI is committed not only to expanding the market but also ensuring that coffee exports run sustainably in meeting coffee needs in Egypt," said Hernowo in a statement in Jakarta, Thursday (12/5/2024). Hernowo explained that this export activity was divided into two stages. The first export was carried out on Thursday (11/28/2024) as much as 39.6 tons of coffee to Egypt and as much as 39.6 tons of coffee were sent on Thursday (12/5/2024).
