Experts warned that the terrorist state - the Russian Federation - would attack both the port infrastructure and the oil extraction plants to weaken Ukraine's economic potential and increase prices for Russian grain and oil amid export restrictions from Ukraine. Processors in Ukraine yesterday sharply reduced purchasing prices for sunflower due to the halt of oil and meal exports from the Black Sea ports and the increased risk of attacks on other oil extraction plants.
