Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chính and Minister of Agriculture Le Minh Hoan are visiting the Netherlands with a large government delegation to explore high-tech horticultural technologies. The delegation's first stop was the World Horti Center in Naaldwijk, where they met with representatives of the horticultural and fresh produce sector, including Siebe van Wijk of The Fruit Republic, Vietnam's largest citrus exporter. The Prime Minister expressed interest in the marketability of fresh produce internationally, with a focus on the success of Vietnamese pomelo and lime in the European market. The delegation will also meet with the EU and ASEAN in Brussels later in the week.
