The VI Regional Ucayalino Coffee Festival 2025 was held with great success on August 22 and 23 in the city of Aguaytía, Padre Abad province. More than 20 coffee entrepreneurs and 10 chocolate producers managed to achieve sales exceeding S/15,000, highlighting the variety and creativity of their products. The event, promoted by the National Commission for Development and Life without Drugs (Devida) and the Ucayalino Coffee Technical Table, reflects the preference of families for the consumption of coffee and coffee derivatives from the Ucayali region. Among the novelties were coffee frappé, chocolates with grain inlays, café latte, and iced coffee. As part of the main activities, the IV Special Coffees Contest 2025 was held, an event that distinguishes the quality of the grain cultivated by farmers who bet on sustainable development and move away from illegal economies.
