The Special Development Project of the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers (Provraem) delivered 800 improved Creole turkeys to the inhabitants of the native communities of Mokirenshi, Manitinkiari, Mazokiato, and Sampantuari, marking an important advance in strengthening food security and family economy in the Valley of the Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro Rivers (Vraem). This action will allow families to diversify and improve poultry farming in their homes, applying the good livestock practices they have been learning through the Family Agriculture in Native Communities project of Provraem.
