Raising Egyptian chickens for eggs in a biosafety manner in Vietnam

The Egyptian chicken egg-laying model was implemented at Mr. Le Truong Son's household (Ba Xua Hamlet, Thanh My Tay Commune, Chau Phu District, An Giang). Through the evaluation results of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Chau Phu District, the farm has a total area of 8,000m2, arranged with a commercial egg-laying area of 1,000m2, with 2 farms. Each farm is arranged with 2 rows of cages, each cage has 3 floors, each floor has about 400 chickens, with a total number of 2,200 chickens. The chicken coop is built on the surface of the fish pond, utilizing chicken manure as food for the fish, while creating a cool environment in the farming area. The coop is also equipped with fans and lights, ensuring coolness on hot days and keeping warm in cold months.
