PI Industries has formalized the integration of Plant Health Care, acquired in August 2024, which will now operate as PI AgSciences, the company's global agricultural arm. The move reinforces the company's strategy to expand sustainable solutions and accelerate its advance in the biologics market. With revenue close to US$ 1 billion and over 80 years of history, PI is a global leader in life sciences, operating in crop protection, biologics, custom synthesis, and branded products.
