In the region, fresh cucumbers became cheaper by 10.3%, bread made from rye and mixed flour by 0.4%, and butter by 0.2%. According to the departmental monitoring of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, conducted among large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises, as of May 21 in the Trans-Baikal Territory, the average price for fresh, cooled, or chilled cattle meat (beef and veal) was 375,000 rubles/ton; for fresh, cooled, or chilled pork — 358,863.64 rubles/ton. Raw cow's milk in the region was sold on average at 24,268.82 rubles/ton, including first-grade milk at 24,268.82 rubles/ton. Prices of processing enterprises for whole pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content were recorded at 80,998.72 rubles/ton, butter with 72.5% fat content — 942,284.87 rubles/ton (-0.2% per week).
