Review of prices for agricultural products and food in the Novosibirsk region

As of September 3, producers sold category one chicken eggs at an average of 49.76 RUB/dozen, and category two at 29.72 RUB/dozen. According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium agricultural producers and processing enterprises, as of September 3 in the Novosibirsk region, the average producer price for cattle for slaughter was 171,608.59 RUB/t; for boiled, cooled, or chilled beef and veal meat, 352,180.71 RUB/t; for pigs for slaughter, 166,266.08 RUB/t; for boiled, cooled, or chilled pork, 254,414.36 RUB/t; for chickens for slaughter, 122,500.00 RUB/t; for chilled chicken meat (in carcasses), 195,199.94 RUB/t. The average selling price of top-grade raw milk from cattle was recorded at 49,342.56 RUB/t, first-grade at 41,481.68 RUB/t.
