South Korea: Rural Development Administration, Uzbekistan Livestock Research Institute, green light for domestic technology export

As the possibility of exporting ‘Korean dairy technology’ such as domestic fertilized egg transplantation and artificial insemination opens up, attention is focused. The Rural Development Administration (Director Kwon Jae-han, hereinafter referred to as the Rural Development Administration) held the ‘K-Dairy Technology Symposium’ at the Uzbekistan Livestock Research Institute on the 27th of last month. Despite being a representative pastoral country, Uzbekistan lacks dairy technology, and the daily milk production of dairy cows remains at 25% of Korea’s level, so it showed great interest in domestic technology that can maximize the milk production of dairy cows.
