Russia grants state aid to fish farms

Farmers engaged in salmon farming will be able to count on state aid for the creation and/or modernization of fish farms. The decree on this was signed by the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin. This applies to fish farms where salmon and trout are grown. The amount of reimbursement will be 25% of the actual costs of creating or modernizing the facility. The reimbursement will apply not only to premises and equipment, but also to laboratories, pumping stations, boiler rooms, engineering networks and software, provided that all these facilities constitute a single technological cycle.
