In the first quarter of this year, Russia exported 65,900 tons of oats worth $14.7 million to China, accounting for nearly two-thirds of its total oat exports during this period. The Russian Agricultural Products Export Development Center forecasts that by 2030, Russia's oat export potential could reach between 500,000 and 600,000 tons. Oat grains are used to produce various products such as oat rice, oat flour, and are also utilized in baking and candy making.
