A new plant is under construction in the Izobilnensky District of the Stavropol Territory to process corn, rice, and buckwheat, with the goal of producing gluten-free flour used in baby food. The facility will be established as part of the country's largest corn grits and flour production enterprise, with the intention to leverage existing connections to collaborate with global companies. The quality control for the products will be strict, with testing both on-site and at international laboratories in Moscow. Construction is set to be completed by the end of 2021.
