The Far Eastern fishing grounds contributed 2.69 million tons, basically unchanged from last year; the Northern fishing grounds saw a significant decline, with a catch of 244,000 tons, a decrease of 31.5% year-on-year, including 132,900 tons of Atlantic cod.
