Scotland's salmon exports increased 41% in the first half of the year

Scottish salmon exports have seen a significant increase, with the EU receiving 57% more than last year, totaling 272 million pounds. France is the largest market, receiving 91% more, or 261 million pounds. The United States and China also increased their imports by 48% and 26% to 91 million pounds and 42 million pounds respectively. Singapore's imports rose by 57% to 4 million pounds.
