[Nongsuchuksan Newspaper=Reporter Kim Jeong-hee] The Seocheon County Agricultural Technology Center (Director Kim Do-hyeong) concluded the "Rice Nuruk Dietary Life Utilization Fermentation Process" education on the 20th to lead domestic rice consumption and enhance the professional capabilities of rural women. This education was held from September 15 to October 20, once a week, totaling 5 sessions (17 hours), with 16 local farmers and consumers participating, among whom 15 completed the course. The lecture was led by Eun-jeong Lee, the representative of Hwatjaka Cafe Goeun, who is currently teaching at the Lifelong Education Institute of the College of Agriculture and Fisheries, focusing on practical sessions from basic theory to daily dietary applications.
