The volume-based garbage bags are permitted for dry waste generated during kimchi-making, such as cabbage leaves, onion roots, onion peels, radish peels, and garlic peels. Salt-cured or seasoned vegetables like cabbage, radish, and onion are to be disposed of as food waste in the same manner as before.
