As the global vegan trend rapidly rises, the number of consumers seeking alternative dairy products is also increasing. According to Bloomberg Intelligence, a global representative research platform, the global alternative food market is expected to expand to approximately 215 trillion won by 2030, with the plant-based protein and alternative dairy product market projected to grow rapidly. In response, Seoul Dairy is introducing a plant-based yogurt reflecting the vegan food demand.
